Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Rincon, GA for a Store Manager. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing staff, inventory management, customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers. The Store Manager will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining retail loss prevention measures to protect the store's assets.
Qualifications
Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
Excellent communication skills
Experience in store management
Knowledge of retail loss prevention techniques
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Knowledge of pet care products is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
